- 100g Parmesan or Cheddar cheese, grated

- 6 sheets of lasagne pasta (must say ‘no pre-cooking required’)
- bolognaise sauce from page 83 of Nora's Dinners, or my tomato sauce recipe if you prefer a vegetarian version
