I was interviewed on radio on The Kathleen Show on Wednesday 12th July. Have a look at her website and you'll get some idea of what she's all about. It's good to know the Americans are interested in proper school dinners too!

Food Fun at Festival Place

I did a food demonstration at Festival Place in Basingstoke last Saturday and was helped by some children from South View School. We showed everyone how to make carrot crunch and rainbow kebabs with raspberry drizzle and made over 100 kebabs for people in the audience to try!
